I wasn't really sure what to expect when I began my search for a personal trainer. Muscles & intimidation were the first things that came to mind. I'm no fitness junkie so this certainly was not going to be a person that I could relate to. Boy, was I wrong. Ryan is not only a pro at what he does, but he's also a genuine good guy that invests in his clients more so than I would have ever expected.
